Policies – Returns & Warranty

  1. Returns:
    Goods are returnable up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. To help offset the expense of processing returns, manufacturer restocking fees apply. A minimum 20%  restocking fee applies to returns of unused merchandise.
    If any defective goods are found or any other discrepancy in material received should be inform with in five working days from the receipt of shipment in writing .


    All items are warranted to be free of defects of material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any PRIMA product purchased, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. but we cannot be responsible for abuse or normal wear and tear of the product. The ORB and  bronze patina finish is a living finish that is designed to wear off slowly over time to further enhance the beauty of the product by exposing the natural shades of the oxidizing bronze and brass.
    Patina finishes are not covered by this warranty. Prima shall not be held liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, including accident, misuse, abuse or improper installation. All Prima hardware must be installed, removed and/or reinstalled by a professional hardware installer or all warranties are void.


    How to care Patinas
    Bronze is naturally weather resistant. Very little care is needed to maintain it. Prima recommends cleaning bronze hardware with mild soap and water. Do not use abrasive or chemical-based cleaners. Apply several coats of high quality clear paste wax to protect the finish.
